This ever happen to anyone?

This happens to me alot. Im someplace weather it is a resturant, store, hangout place anwheres and some girl or guy comes up to me and knows me and I dont know them. For some reason people remember me. Either I look like someone worth remembering or im just so hideuous that people cannot forget me...Anyone else have this happen to them?

Hey bro, yeah it's frustrating. Some I have no clue who they are. The other thing I hate is when someone knows your name but you don't remember theirs. I have to call the person dude or bud, etc. as they call me by my name. I can't just ask them their name because some act like they really know ya well and it would make themn feel like crap to say "whats your name again?".

Yeah, sometimes i get defensive when they tell me they know me cause I get paranoid and am like , yeah why! i snap back...Them im mister nice guy afteri find out their intentions...It's cool sometimes..Makes me feel famous...

I never forget a face, but names, I forget all the time....

If someone comes up to me, and I simply can't remember them, I will straight up ask "where do I know you?" and usually its from a friend of a friend of a friend, so I don't feel bad

It happens because you made a lasting impression on them. They on the other hand were insignificant in your life. That's fine, you can't be friends with everybody.
I have similar things with people I know. They will bring up something we did a long time ago. It was a big deal to them but I would have forgot about it forever if they didn't remind me of it.
