It was just too easy to make a ton of money in the last few years in the mortgage biz. Those that were young and new to it just spent and spent. At least this kid bought a house...but then he bought all those high dollar cars, and guarantee he financed them (or leased). He will have nothing to show for his meager efforts in a year or two.
