Third cycle: opinions please

This is my second cycle:
using deca - 2800 mg, sust - 3750 mg, and
equipoise - 1250 mg.
I am 5 11' 190 @ 11% bf
want to gain around 20 pounds of lean body mass
already have nolvadex and clomid on hand, nolvadex only if necessary.

ive heard of takin things to the xtreme but if u try to do 3 grams of deca 4 grams of sust and equipose on your 3rd cycle u will sureley die !

first off you dont stack deca with eq due to the similarity of its effects that are almost identical secondly, your dosage is way too high your sus intake should be no more than 500mg/wk and deca 400mg/wk tops. this is just the reason why this board was created and thats to prevent damaging effects to guys that dont have the knowledge such as you. before starting anything always ck with someone that knows and for those of you who dont will suffer the consequences ive seen it a million times.

I would either replace the Deca with dbol or the EQ with Winny (either cycle could help you realize 20 lbs if your diet is good---but with a better control of sides). Also, I would be curious to see the cycle mapped out.

Write it out as a cycle so we can help you out. I would do this with Deca, Eq and Sust
Sust at 500mg/week for weeks 1-10
Deca at 300-400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Eq at 300-400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Clomid post cycle. Just my opinion. Best of luck!

EQ is a testosterone analouge, deca is a nortestosterone analouge... I'm not seeing what you mean by that... There's no reason EQ shouldn't be stacked with Deca.. Deca and Fina or EQ and testosterone would be an example of gear that is almost identical... But they still have some properties that differ... However, their mechanisms of action are totally different and they would have a synergistic effect.

Nman, once again you show how smart you are. Deca and eq and not similar at all. Eq has a chemical structure that is almost identical to d-bol. This is a far cry from deca. The effects are not simlar. Deca causes much more water retention at the same dose and eq gives a much harder and more vascular appearence.

For the last time deca and eq are great together!!!!!!
