thinking of cycle?

iv'e been training for a year now and have done plenty of research on dieting and training.....and have taken supps like nitric oxide, bcaa's, dextose, multi-vitamens, weightgainers, and of course plenty of protein and have just not obtained the results iv'e been looking for....So im looking for a way to beat genetics and give me an edge to get that rock hard six pack by summer. Any advice would be appreciate, i have little to no knowledge of any steroids or cylcles!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!

No way you can exhaust your natural potential in one years training. Sorry bro. The only reasonable response is: Step away from the juice! This is a marathon not a sprint.

idk i think if he was training hard for the whole year he might have hit a wall with some gains.. and isnt that the point of roids? to break thru walls and or get bigger gains in a shorter amount of time? I think if you are seriously thinking of a cycle, you should for sure chat with my good friend needto, he will put you in the right direction from a-z

put up some pics to see what kind of base you have but i doubt that in a year you can get a decent base to start ass, 'cause if you don't have a good solid base ass won't do anything for you, after the cycle you will lose all gains.

one year is not long enough. there are so many variations of working out that can get you over a hump. he**, next week take no more than 1 min rest in between each set-no more. of course your weight won't be as heavy. do your set 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps where your last two reps from each set are close to impossible with good form. see if you feel it. heck, don't work out for a week and half. do a reps week(not 20, but 12-15) anything. one year is not enough. hit one wall and wanting the easy way. come on. if you want supp help then try needto

i switch my routine all the time and have put on almost 25 pounds over the winter (not all muscle of course). i need to take my bf measuremeants but right now i'm 5'9" 173lbs and probably somewhere around 15% bodyfat. i don't really feel i have hit wall but looking more to maximize my gains before summer, guess im just losing patience. i'm also concerned of losing that hard earned muscle when i cut this spring and was looking for a way to maintain it or even gain while cutting.

before jumping on, you could check out some test potentiators like unleashed or hcgenerate. they are working quite well for some people and may be what you need. only if you want to go the natty way...

Chances are you are gonna do what you want, regardless of what anyone here tells you, but you really shouldn't be doing a cycle after only a year of training. If your lifts have gotten stagnant, switch up your routine to try to break through your plateaus. Check the training forum, and I'm sure you'll find some people to offer you suggestions. You said you wanted 6 pack abs by the summer.. abs are made in the kitchen, not in a syringe. Get your diet dialed in and bust your ass. The results will come.. we all get to points where we get frustrated.

see i chose to step into gear cause ive been training for multi-yrs and though my strength has continued to go up, i couldnt seem to ever gain much weight at all due to a huge metabolizm. Yes i would intake huge amounts of calories and protien and such, getting gains but insanely slow.

your first post says you've been training for a year, and now you say multi years. Which is it? It sounds like you heard what you didn't want to hear and are now trying to justify looking for a short cut. Put in the hard work.

nah, you should re-read what it is i wrote. i didnt say i was training for a year, i was commenting on the guy who started the thread saying he has only trained for a year. its ok we all make mistakes :)

yup I'm an idiot. Sorry if it looked like I was calling you out, I just mixed up the names. I don't want to come off as anti-gear or anything, but I see a lot of people make the jump thinking it's a magic pill or something. Personally I don't think anyone with only a year of training should be running a cycle.

hey np brotha, yes i agree.. i wouldnt want someone to start working out and do gear on the same day lol.. i think gear should for sure be used when needed, lets face it. ive had old friends in highschool never workout a day, and start using roids on day one, ive known people to even take roids and not workout at all!!! all it takes is a little use of the brain to know thats a dumb move lol
