Thinking of changing up the workout.. input please.

Currently on, 500mg omna /wk, 10weeks (finish up with 3 week winny, 50mg ed). Diet is about 2200-2500 cals a day, about 20%fat, 35% carb, 45% pro. I'm 5'6 158.

Currently I do this..

M - Chest/Legs
W - Bi/Back
F - Shoulders/Triceps

Those are at night, and pretty intense workouts.

I'm thinking of joining the club at work, and on MWF doing light workouts (like 2-3 lifts per part, 2 sets of 10) during lunch, I was wondering if you guys thought it might be too much lifting and not enough rest...

So new schedule would be.
M - (light workout, lunch time, Shoulders/tri) then Chest/Legs intense at night.

W - (light workout, lunch time, chest/legs) then Bi/Back intense at night.

F - (light workout, lunch time, bi/back) then Shoulders/Triceps intense at night.
 
rest?! what's that. :)

good point.. I'll see if I can re-arrange stuff to give me more time between the same muscle groups..
