Thinking about starting steroids

Dude, you need to look at your workout. I know you say it works, but think of what you could do with a fucking sick workout plan. Mine is a 4 day cycle. I have three days to let my muscle groups for those days rest, recover, and most importantly GET FUCKING HUGE!

Your multi-day benching doesn't give your chest a chance to recover (especially if you are doing the exact same workout, day in and day out), that's what these brosephs are trying to tell you. I am not going to kiss your ass or theirs, but bringing attitude in here to guys who only want to help you is counter-productive.
 
Wow, Gee Santa you don't sound anything like other newbies that come on here.... We've never seen a new guy who thinks he knows everything, it's very rare in this arena.... Ok, That's enough sarcasm, now for some truth: Your training routine is maybe the WORST I have ever seen, the entire reason you have any type of muscle is from Genetics...

Damn that was pretty harsh wasn't it? Listen, there is TONS of scientific evidence that muscles need to rest in order to grow.... This means you should train each body part ONCE per week, and give them time to recover the rest of the week.... This type of training would consist of doing Mon-Chest/Triceps, Tues-Back/Biceps, Wed-off, Thurs-Legs, Fri-Shoulders.... You will find that you will grow MUCH more with this type of training schedule.... How will you know? You will see your strength go up in every exercise you do when you give your body enough recovery time.... After lifting like this Naturally for an extended period of time (maybe up to 1-2yrs), you then might consider doing steroids.... Is this Law? No, Will you grow if you use steroids earlier? Yes.... However, you are thinking under the same mind set the rest of the United States and other countries seem to think under: Steroids=Big Muscles.... Unfortunately, that isn't true.... If you take steroids, and don't eat/train correctly, you will not grow....

Ok, I could go on schooling you all night like this, and you probablly think I"m a grade A asshole right now..... However, I was cocky just like you man.... It's good to be cocky/confident, but you also need to open your ears when it comes to a topic you know NOTHING about.... Guys on this board are some of the best pricks you will ever meet, and will help you till no end... But not if you come on with an attitude like you know it all.....

So, my advice is to do some reading about diet and Training 1st.... Learn about the other Training philosophies out there, that are different then yours, and maybe try a few.... You will see there are different ways of growing.... Learn about diet, what works for you, what doesn't, how to get bigger through Diet, how to get Lean through Diet.... Try some of these diets, learn for yourself, and what works for you.... Once you get some of these things down, you will know what works for you, and what doesnt.... Then you can personally utilize steroids for YOU, and get the MOST out of them.... Steroids can be like a good Military Force, sure they will kick ass in the hands of any leader..... But a leader that has knowledge of how to BEST use his Military Force will best UTILIZE them..... Understand where I'm coming from?

Lastly, don't think we are a bunch of pricks on this board cause we're giving you a hard time.... It's part of the process, and if treat others here with respect, you will see you will get it in return.... Good luck man, and feel free to PM me if you have any questions....

Look most of these guys are use to the standard bodybuilding routines..
I have seen very similar routines but are more for weight lifting and power lifting.. and yes they still work.

If it works keep it going.. Genetics yes Just keep at it..
You may like some of Madcows posts.. for workout plans.

If you decide to Juice. Just learn about diet 1st so you get the most out of it. Make sure you do your research for anti estrogens and PCT
learn the difference in the steroids ..
There are lots of good books that can help..

I am not one that believes U need to be at your genetic limit before using the juice.. but you better know your shit 1st ...

Learn good form on all your lifts.
Learn what all the side effects are and how to combat them.
Legal issues with the juice.

If you know what you want and are willing to take in the info to do it right, than go for it.
If you have all your bases covered and know the risks, go for it.
The “Genetic Limit” thing I don’t know why they make suck a big deal about it.
Are they holding back on vitamins and creatine and extra protein till they reach there genetic limit . I don’t think so.
