Well I'm 21 years old. I've only ever ingested whey protein in combination with eating properly. I'm 5'8 165 with 4% body fat. I would say that for my weight, I'm pretty strong, but seem to be reaching a plateau. I'm thinking about taking some type of creatine to maybe help get over this.
There is a The Vitamin Shop and GNC down the road, what do you all suggest?
