Well my weight ismostly in mylegs, my legs r very strong and im notnew tolifting,ivebeen doin it for quite afewyears now, but my upper body is very definedand ripped, but would mind getting stronger and moredefined. As for lifts, i do currently do squats,snatches,cleans wit push press, lunges at my practices, along with some core plate workouts twie a week, and ab circuits 3 times a week, also i do alot of sprints during the week and alot of plyos aswell for track, and run about 3 miles during the weekend
