Thinkin bout this cycle

Im thinkin about doin a Test/Deca cycle, how long should i run this for? and should i add winny to the end? And should I add someD-bol just to kick start it in the beginning. I am a athlete(soccer and track), but summer is coming so im looking to get that nicer body. I am currently 6'2" and weigh bout 186 and ive prob got around 8-10% body fat. Let me kno what yins think


EDIT: Actually i dont think im going to be considering deca ne more due to the amount of time it is in your system, what stack would you guys reccomend? What kind of test?

ya bro stick with just test you will be pleased you could throw and oral in there for the first 4-5 weeks if your impartient like me
 
What test would you reccomend? I was gon gowith Prop just because of the low detection times, but i heard test E was the way to go. Thanks
 
O and also is it true that winny drys out your joints? And what would be the best way to take winny, was thinkin maybe drinking it.

you can do either there is little difference, although i've read it is obsorbed better with injection.

being 6'2 and 185 I really think your gonna need a little more gear then others suggested..prob test 500 with eq 600

your a very tall lengthy person... your main concern right now is doing . squats, dead lifts,bench,military press,bent over rows,curls maybe even power cleans,shrugs,,,,dont skimp on those or your regret it later heavey calve workout...
A full body program... if you new to lifting dont be a " flamingo" a guy that only works upper body the key to adding weight is heavey compound movements....
after you gain some bulk then shape it out by doing more isolation excersizes such as concentration curls .tricep extentions,latteral dumbell raises ,abs, etc.

lift heavey (with good form) eat as much as you can dont worry about a little fat ..during your cycle you need calories to gain muscle .,,,, your next cycle you can dial the deit in better to tone up.
