I'd like to go on one of those New Year's celebrations that starts somewhere in Austrailia and ends in California. Where they travel on some high class jet at the speed of sound, celebrating New Years in a major city in each time zone. With the right crowd, I think it would be unreal.

Completing both a massage and an erotic massage lesson program just so I can get better at spoiling a girl in long fore and afterplay.

Writing a book on the differences between men and women as I see them, from a philosophical and scientific standpoint, while reading every interesting serious book that has been written on the subject.
Study so hard and so efficiently that I become the best doctor in the world in one specific (relevant and applicable) field. In these times its impossible to be all all round excellent doctor or even surgeon or even orthopediatrist (English check) but one of my profs for instance is THE authority when it comes to making and installing artificial hip joints. Another man I "know" revolutionised the method of anaesthesia in open heart surgeries, dramatically increasing their batting average. I´d love something like that.
Like in any science or endeavour talent and hard work can get you a long way but then you reach the edge of what anyone else can teach you. You have to go further. In medicine specifically, this point is very high and far away. According to some people that´s not really an extension but an entirely new sort of virtue, genius. Seeing as I´m the kind of guy that posts this sort of message on some stupid forum, I´ll probably never get around to it.
