Let's get an honest self-improvement through awareness of what I suck at thread going here.
I'll start:
1. i have somewhat of a sloppy diet and am too lazy to grocery shop and look up good recipes - too often will i eat a bowl of cereal because i'm too lazy to fire up the grill - aka plan good meals in advance
2. do more cardio - fuck i'm lazy and just don't run - my body needs it and could be super ripped if i just got on that treadmill
3. stop jerking off so much and have more sex
4. put more money into getting out of debt (CC + student loans)
that's all i can think of right now
