Things I need to change about myself

Let's get an honest self-improvement through awareness of what I suck at thread going here.

I'll start:

1. i have somewhat of a sloppy diet and am too lazy to grocery shop and look up good recipes - too often will i eat a bowl of cereal because i'm too lazy to fire up the grill - aka plan good meals in advance

2. do more cardio - fuck i'm lazy and just don't run - my body needs it and could be super ripped if i just got on that treadmill

3. stop jerking off so much and have more sex

4. put more money into getting out of debt (CC + student loans)

that's all i can think of right now
 
i need to be more organized.
I need to be more forceful.
I should try to be more affectionate.
i should drink more water (i barely drink any)
and, I should stretch before i workout, which i never do.

need to learn to let go of work and create a life outside of it
need to actively seek out high value people - they ain't gonna come to me
need to stay on the track I am on with training
need to stop trying to make people see my reality and instead utilize their reality to my advantage (got great at this a while ago but it takes work)
need to get back into the game
 
The number 1 thing would be my job. I`ve been in the media for 16 years now and I`m starting to feel like everyday is groundhogs day.

2nd= My workout schedule.
3rd= redevote myself to my family.

lololol. This was the WORST possible time of the year I could have moved out here. I'm 3 weeks away from the biggest event of my year - which also means I have to go back to NY for a month and live out of a hotel.

Not much time to even see SD yet. :( Such is life.

tan and abs? not a bad idea, but while trying to gain weight abs are the last of my concern...but agreed on the tan. sad thing is i tan very easily...i'm just too damn busy/lazy in my free time/or on the road to put effort into a fake n bake session

What does JH1 need to fix:

1. Esteem / Motivation problems since my breakup.

2. Put the fighting issues behind me.

3. Settle / Adjust fully to the way things are going to be - travel, a 2 y/o every other day / every other weekend.

4. Learn how to let go of some shit that is gonna make me bitter if I don't.

5. Start utilizing an abundance of free time I have with my job to make even more money - investments, businesses, etc... whatever. Completely failing in this area other than some token bullshit where my money sits - the 'time' goes to waste - as evidence by my time on EF.

6. Fix my head, I'm attracted to the wrong types of girls for all the wrong reason every time.

7. an inch or two on my cock.
 
re-learn to play guitar/practice
setup saltwater fish tank
go to bed earlier
be more strict with training
make lunches and bring to work
less porn, more sex with my girl!

That's pretty much me too. I'm trying to improve on each though but it takes time.
 
I'm so off track from where I used to be that I wouldn't even know where to begin with the list.

Basically, I'm off track on EVERYTHING. Health, financial, emotional, spiritual. You name it. I'm a mess.
 
I need to be more confronational when I know someone is lying to me, or trying to take advantage of me. More confrontational in general.

I have a ton of self esteem issues that I've come a ways with but need a lot more work still.

I've gotta stop trying to do everything on my own.

as far as myself is concerned, I'd like to make my cock even bigger, keep my pimphand strong, and maintain my baller status.
 
- need to work harder and be more proactive. been so fuckin passive lately. especially when it comes to work
- need to get a CONSISTENT routine. my ADHD owns me
- need to consistently have a positive attitude and stop letting my recent past and emotional trauma dictate my life
- i need to stop procrastinating and telling myself "when <xyz> happens i'll do this.."
- need to conquer my fears of certain things...the only way i can do this is by "doing".

basically, i need to rebuild the life i destroyed.

i think all this will change next month when i move, have an office i can go to regularly, and have roomates/people around me that are focused and a positive influence. hopefully.

2 more proactive with job hunt even though i graduate in may 08
3 appreciate/treat girlfriend better
