Hey has anybody had any luck with short cycles. I am thinking of doing 2 bottles of QV cyp200 in 5 weeks. I just am not getting the gains anymore. Also has anybody had any luck with quitting smoking (cigarettes) and gaining weight. I smoke a pack a day and I think it inhibits me from gaining weight.

Stopping smoking will help you gain weight assuming your diet stays the same or you add at least 500 cals a day. The 2 bottles of cyp in 5 weeks would be a waste...no question

A quit smoking technique i heard of is cinammon.. anytime you crave a cig eat a strong cinammon mint or something and it actually reduces the craving.. this is what a couple of my friends did that worked, i have never smoked so i cant back it other then it worked for them! What is ure diet consist of now?
 
my diet is a lot of food but not the right foods. How could 2 blts of cyp in 5 weeks be a waste surely I will put on some lbs

cyp has a long half life 1 so using 2 bottles in a 5 week period would be large injections and 2 it takes about 4-5 weeks to kick in so there is the reason why it would be worthless. get diet in check before considering a cycle!

you can try this it worked for me. every time you want a cig eat a sandwich. doesn't sound like much but it worked for me. yes smoking will keep u from gaining weight.i would quit smoking before doing cycle to get the most out of it. hope this works for you.
 
just don't think about smoking a cig, go cold turkey, and get ready to gain weight, cause the nicotine restricts blood vessels and veins making it harder to get nutrients to the muscles to promote growth.
