I'd say the force was excessive, the taser was fine, but the knee to the neck is a no-no.

If they would have followed proper procedure and tried to communicate first this would not have happened...These cowboys shoot first and ask questions later... thats why I dont feel sorry for cops anymore when one of them gets wasted. I did the job for 5 years and I was always polite with people.. I love how they say he was fighting us and then when the video surfaces: oh uh we are in trouble now.. ... dumbasses......
