Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Well i went to court today and they busted me for the gear.They said they new I ordered it on the computer and that it was under my bed.But they would not tell me how it was found if a cop found it etc.All they said is that they had a statement.They asked if it was mine I said no I was probably set up.I than asked if it was lab tested to see if it was real.I than responded by saying this gorls father hates me he may have goten fake steroids and planted them.They asked one more time if they where mine I said no.They posted a 10,000 thousand dollar bail no 10 percent.I got bailed out but am not aloud back home.What do you guys make of this...
They arrested me while I was sitting in the court room...

I still think you better get a lawyer and let him do the thinking, not the board. You can beat this case.

One of the biggest lessons should be to never confide too much in spouses or girlfriends. They can easily become vindictive ex-girlfiends. Rick can tell you the multitude of cases that originated from a dispute between cohabitants. Following the dipsute, pissed-off and seeking revenge, she then calls the cops, invites them in, and points out to them where he keeps his gear.

I never read where the girlfriend invited her father in. It sounded to me like the guy went over there to visit his daughter and just walked into the dudes house uninvited and busted his daughter putting the gear in a creatine cannister. I was thinking maybe he didn't mean he can't legally go home, but he can't go home because of his legal problems. Or maybe he meant home as his parent's place, which may be out of state, which may account for his not being able to go there after being busted and his high bail amount (little ties to the community). In my case a public defender was there at the arraignment and knew exactly what to say, I was released without bail on my own recognaizance. Edit: just saw he was on probation, so that is probably why the high bail.Spidey said:

Had something similar happen to me, my apartment was raided but the computer luckily wasn't taken (because I still haven't gotten anything they took back). About a week later the raid made the front page of the local section, the article said the police believed the package they raided my apartment over was ordered over the internet. The only reason I could think of for them not taking the computer was them coming to that conclusion after the raid or they wanted to track my online activities somehow.

He seemed to be referring to his hard drive when he mentioned a receipt, so if such a thing existed it would probably be electronic- most likely in the form of an email. You don't need to put anything on a credit card to get an email back confirming the order.

As far as I can see, the only reason you think he's making things up is that you can't understand certain things about his problem. Sure. if you scrutinize hard enough you can find things that don't make sense in any story. Since things vary widely on how things are handled in different areas it may seem different from what you heard of before, haziness or ambiguities for obvious reasons may lose you in places, or your own lack of expertise akes you shake your head over certain things- but not being able to understand something doesn't necessarly make it false.

oh.I'll clear it upo a little.I never had to post bail, beacuse this happened on Loast Sat I had a court date on Mon and Thur.When I went on mon at the superior court the handled the case I knew about and one I didnt.I didnt think anything of it till I got arrested on a warrant.The town I'm in was never a wear of the court date in the superior court and didnt know the handled it there.So as I was about to be taken to county I made them awear of this and they just rlease me but the paper still says 10000 dollars on but which I never paid..It's all odd and i'm not sure at all why I didnt get locked up that night.Also my girl told me that when her father came here he ended up packing all my shit in a box not her..So I'm not sure what is going on I never even seen a statement yet.The officer wouldnt even tell me how they found it.I just have to wait till the public defender recieves the info.Court for this is the end of July
