Clear cache and cookies.

Sounds like it could be a DNS issue as well, like DJ_UFO said clear your cache and cookies ans try this in a windows command prompt.

C:\>ipconfig /flushdns

After that from the command prompt try:
C:\>ping www.thesourcecheckdotom

of course replace "dot" appropriately

it should resolve in an ip that ends in xxx.xxx.173.101 (Not sure about the rules linking directly to an IP)
