ya I figure it would be pretty intense, I can really only do that style workout one day a week since my gym is packed and some asshat would get in my way, and the only time I can lift at home is on my day off when nobody is here. midnight sessions dont fly with the wife.

that sounds bad ass man. I was gonna buy a sled and pick up a tractor tire and all that cool shit and do a crazy crossfit program here until my work moved me to afternoons and the only time I could work out is midnight.
Im gonna high jack this bish and ask what you guys think of doing a workout like the vid qt posted say once a week on top of my regular routine? I have a gym in my basement that works for that kinda stuff.
switch it up...do crossfit style wkt one week, regular rest periods the following week. Doing crossfit everyweek will wear you the fuck down. These people you see in teh video's are just like professional bb'ers, they eat/train/sleep for a living. You can't do Ronnie Colemans wkts for more than a couple weeks, unless you're saucing, and same with these wkts....if you do them as rx'ed of course. And go to crossfit.com and get their wod....if i had the place to put bumper plates, i'd probably get a cage to go with em and drop my gym membership.
