So i have a 6 pack, but the only fat i have are right where my bottom 2 abs would be. And on the sides above my hip bone. IM 19 and 5'9" 175lbs, i am eating to get bigger because my goal is to be 190-195 but 9% BF. Id say im like 12% right now? I dont really know but in my mind i should just get to 200lbs and then worry about cutting down to 195, 190......I dont want to have to worry about a strict diet until i actually need to diet. Anyway i could get rid of the little fat around my abs and sides without losing muscle? Or would it be better to get to 200 and lose the fat then?
 
Just continue to add lbm and maintain a clean diet. Why 190 and 9%? Is there anything significant about those numbers? I know goals are very individualistic, but I would personally set mine a little higher.
 
IM playin football, and at 5'9" i think above 195 would be bad for my speed. At that point id be the size of a safety (im a corner) and id rather bulk to a point and then cut down and invovle speed training.
 
Deff. In may I was 138lbs, Im 158 now and at one point my speed+agility was pathetic, If your running regularly and training legs properly your speed wont suffer too much I dont think.
