I figured since we get alot of questions about cutting, T-3, clen, ECA, ECY, DNP ect ect ect....and just weight loss in general. I was curious, from the experienced users here, what % these different substances raise the baseline BMR (basic metabolic rate) of the average user.
I'll start off, I have alot of experience with ECA. I feel it raises my BMR MAYBE 5%. It also suppresses my appetite, so I can eat a cleaner diet thus improving the overall results, but still not a huge difference.
I am currently on T-3, but not far enough along to comment yet. I also have tried clen, and feel its about the same as ECA alone, and maybe a 7% increase when the 2 are combined.
I think this will show to all those interested how important diet is, even when taking the harshest supps.
ps: I also am curious as to how much sesapure/glucorell ect fit into this
Thanks
