8/20: ME Bench

8/22: ME Squat

6 steps/10(a lot easier than the previous weeks)

**The ME bench workout could of been better. But at least I got a chance to feel what 500+ feels like now all I have to
do is get those fuckers to touch. My wrist weren't bending on the sets with 525, I maintained a squeezing grip on the bar
the whole time. I'm going to get my Karin's Double Denim at the beginning of September. The ME Squat workout was awesome!!!
I've hit 700 on 3/4 squats so now I'll be doing those every month now. I believe these work much like the rack deadlifts
for me. I tried 715 but took too long to setup so I racked it. The Zercher Squats WERE NOT FUN!!! But they work. I know
the numbers are low but I'll have to get used to this exercise. I also did Plyos before the workout and my lockout strength
as wicked!!! Thanks Josh!! I returned to Overhead Lockouts and I found out why I was having those head rushes....when I
used my mouthpiece, the head rush didn't happen. Live and learn!! After hearing the post of some monsterous shrugs(
especially 760 by Josh Bryant)I went and did 705 for 6 reps. Shrugs were a lot easier after feeling 925 last week. But
I guess anything would be easy after doing 925. I hope to find a way to get my progress page easier to view which is why I'm
putting them in txt files for now. This is temporary but I hope to get some intervention from "Blotron" in next few days
or so on how to do this. Well, until next week, stay big!! tb
