Thanks for the encouragement- I should have a new set up pics to post soon. Its a great feeling when getting in shape. Everytime I pass the mirror I see something new 
Would who ever locked the thread please look up my email and get in touch with me to let me know why? Im still new here and dont want to rub anyone the wrong way. I didnt know it was wrong to post a link to a webite- was that the problem? and if so how come i see links to other websites everyday here? why was my post any different.
