But, that's a far stretch from cheating on a wife, or having children out of wedlock, gay marriage, etc. that teaches children that all the wrong things should be accepted as normal and acceptable.
It's been stated by many, even non-religious scientists, that the most ideal situation for a child to be raised in is in a family with a mother and father who are committed to each other.
Society teaches the exact opposite. It teaches that adultery, cheating, etc is normal and acceptable/appropriate behavior. It's not true. It teaches that gay couples who raise kids is as valid as heterosexual couples and that their upbringing is unaffected by the sexual orientation of their parents. It's not true.
More and more, we can blame society for the twisted values it is imposing on our kids. It is definitely a parent's job to raise their kids to become proper human beings, but it's not as easy anymore with all the strong influences of media all around them.
