385 good depth, 20 lb PR!

attempted and got 405 with the pins about 4" above parallel. we took a pic, & it showed I have a long way to go on my squat form. Most of you would call this squat a good morning for sure :eek2:



I'll keep working on it, & I'll get it all the way down, without leaning forward as much.
 
Good work man, make sure you have some trunk work in there to keep your form good.

I've been workin it, but not long enough to realize the benefits yet.

Im with you on this Longarms!

The Midwest Crew pointed out this past weekend how terrible my SQ form was!! Oh well, at least I know what my homework will be from here on out!

Congrats longarms on the PR!!

If some of you claim to have bad squat form. . I am sure my is absolutely horrific. . .after a few years, I still can't perfect my squat form!!
