I have been off the forum for awhile. Been very busy with military life and with school, but I have not let off the Iron game. I Ran a week cycle of DBOL (for 4 weeks) and TEST E for 12 weeks at 250 mg two years ago. I went from 180 to 220 with a high body fat. I did P90x and dieted for about 10 weeks, dropped down to 180 again, much leaner, and now I have naturally bulked up to 200. I am looking for some insight into a new cycle.
