This is one of my favorite movies...watching it now... It's got a great style to it. It reminds me of the summer of 2000, when I turned 18, went to a strip club that very night, came home and watched this movie....this was also the summer where I went from 155-195. Good stuff.

Well technically 155 on Christmas day, to 195 by August. And that was all natural. I was using deadlifts, squats, tons of food (I am a HUGE believer in the importance of diet)..... the main key was trainng heavy using max-ot principles, training SUPER intense, I have not trained that inSANELY sense because it was to the point where I kept getting injured, twice, snapping my lumbar doing deadlifts which put me down to 175s for over a year.....anyway yes that is certainly possible if you really want it. Gear free.
