Its worth making an effort guys, we just recently lost Tribulus Terrestris, Sida Cordifoila (in fat burning sups) and GABA amongst others here in the UK…

will this ban cover protein powder if it is passed? As far as i can tell it doesn't say all things will be banned tomorrow just that there will be more power by the FDA to ban supplements.

of course if 100 million people take a supplement and 100 have bad reactions the FDA will try to ban it.

You guys dont understand. The FDA has a 'revolving door' type program with the pharmaceutical industry...this is similair to giving the pharma industry discretion over supplements. And yes, anything now protected under the DSHEA can be banned, which includes specialized proteins like whey.

I don't think they are interested in protien. Besides protein is food. They will however be interested in vitamin/mineral fortified protein powders like MRP's.
