Ok now don't kill me on this but I have family and friends buying the shit out of the PX90 and figured I have to post. Anyone out here have info and is it any good?

Thanks

The workout DVDs?

A doctor recommended the yoga disc to me so I bought the P90X set about two weeks ago. Last night I figured I'd try the "Ab Ripper" workout and in a 15 minute period, it made me its bitch. It was an impressive workout.

I haven't looked at all the other discs yet.

i've heard good things about it, but i think the main reason why it works is because they draw up a whole diet plan for you

the diet plan is really only clean foods....

hopefully no one jumps down your throat about it...(like mine was jumped down)

I love ab ripper x and plyo

Anyone who makes fun of that workout should post a youtube of themselves doing the ab ripper workout in a single take.

That thing was humiliating.

haha, yeah

my husband couldnt do it all the way through initially, I could and can, but core has always been a strong point for me
I do wind up COVERED in sweat tho

but some of the other workouts I couldn't finish initially
I think the whole thing was harder than basic training by far and pretty well rounded for the average person
its not new science but man it'll take you to some different extremes

I just found it out on iso hunt torrerent so going to downlaod it for free and check it out. Got to love the internet. YAHOOOOOO

My brother-in-law did this program. I had one major complaint about it. It is very much a tank top workout. You can even see it in the people in the infomercial - everyone has chicken legs. It is very hard to work the legs in a strong and heavy manner in the comfort of your living room while watching the DVDs.

Follow the diet plan, and do the work, and you will lean out, get stronger chest, abs and arms, and you will look better.

As long as you don't wear shorts.

I have zero faith in anything they advertise on wee-hours-of-the-morning TV. But then again, if it works, I won't knock it.

Very good program. Ran it last year to cut and it was amazing. Best if you use nautilus adjustable dumbells. Sure you'll like it.
