Despite not wanting to.......I took a closer look at the vid and slowed it down multiple times. The argument was that he could "possibly" have changed what was in his hand as he cocked it back.....that the end of his arm "disappears" out of sight at the point of it's cockback. Well, that isn't so. Go ahead and check it if you like.......verify it. His hand is clearly visible at the point where it's cocked back. The only time the camera loses sight of his arm is when it passes in front of him, as the camera is from his back at that point. And his left arm and hand never come close the puppy as it seems to be either resting at his side or on his belt pack. So at no point could he have switched anything. There is no one standing on the other side of him that he could have handed anything off to........and the motion is just too quick anyway. The time that the puppy is in front of him to the time that it is visible on his backswing is too quick and the motion to fluid. The only "possible" argument is whether the puppy is alive to begin with.

Puppies are the epitome of innocent. If you kill a puppy, you truly are a disgusting monster to do such a thing. Kinda like how we don't equate killing a adult, and killing a 4 y/o child, as the same thing.
