...That is what this winny is treating my joints like. Knees, rotator cups, hell, even my hip joints feel like they are dry as sand. Would something like Glucosamine and Chondroitin help, or should I just start poppin' motrin?

I am even running it with 400mg/week of Norma Deca, which I THOUGHT would counter this effect. I can't imagine what it would be like if I had went with EQ instead of Deca...

A synergistic combination of Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate with MSM.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin are components of substances called proteoglycans and glucosaminoglycans. These substances are the major building blocks of cartilige. They are both found naturally in the body's joints and connective tissues where they are used for cartilige repair and maintenance providing structure, holding water and nutrients, and allowing other molecules to move through cartilage which is an important property, as there is no blood supply to cartilage. MSM, Methylsulfonylmethane which is approximately 34% Sulfur by weight, works in large part by donating the mineral to a broad range of normal biochemical processes in the body. Sulfur plays an essential role in human health. Sulfur is a component of amino acids (Taurine, Methionine Cysteine), some vitamins (B1, Biotin), hormones (Insulin), coenzymes (Coenzyme A), and antioxidants (Alpha-lipoic acid, N-acetylcysteine, glutathione). Sulfur is necessary to build disulfide bonds, which hold together tissue. It forms part of the body's physical structure, including protein, collagen, glucosamine, skin, and nails. MSM can relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. A considerable ammount joint components are made from collagen and glucosamine, both of which are sulfur dependent.

You're probably just very sensitive to it if Deca didn't help you out. I've read fish oils would help, but I can't believe they'd be more effective than Deca. You may just be a person who can't use winny.

I humbly defer to those with some real knowledge :worried: I simply answered since no one else had. Good luck finding a solution.

Glucosamine is praised more as a maitanance drug as opposed to one that is for rebuilding cartlige as it just doesnt do that. Consider glucosaime and chronditin to be something more in the class of pain relievers which seems to be what you need right now.

I already drink two gallons a day. And yes, I really do get it all down. Saving my test for my winter cycle, but I think I have some creatine laying around, and I am running out to vitamin shoppe tomorrow, and I'll pick up some G&C.

i ran 3g's of glucosamine when i did winny and had no joint problems

how much are you running it at

I am running it at 50mg/day, which I had thought was a moderate dose. I figured that with deca I shouldn't be feeling a thing.

Hehe,

Jenetic is like the EF buddah...

I feel your pain, I screwed up my joints pretty bad last year too. Knees, elbows, and the lower back all were stiff and sore. The only time it would feel good was when I would "crack" the joint, but then 10mins later it would be sore again.
It really had me worried as I felt like a 90yo guy. I think a few days I literally had to crawl to the shower once I got out of bed.

Solution:
The combination of Glucosamine, Chondroitin Sulfate with MSM. Within about 3 weeks I feeling much better. Don't expect instant relief, but it does work well.

No shit bro! Is there anything you dont know genetic? lol..

If Deca is not fixing this for you bro ... I dont know what will. One thing I can think of (bad option) is a-bombs. Even your joints swell with water from that shit, along with every other part in your body. Definately not a good idea to throw fuel on the fire though. Water, and the major 3 joint combo is what I would suggest.

Good luck,
Mavy

I've been running Winny @ 50MG ed and have absolutely no joints issues, so I can't really say why some people react badly with it. I'm thinking it's genetic, like alot of things whether Winny will affect your joints or not. Yes, the Deca should lubricate your joints and the fact that it's not in your case really is troubling.

Try some Chrondoitin and Glucosamine and you should see some relief, the only other thing that could heal your problem long term is GH, but that leads to other side effects. Gh will heal and strengthen your connective tissue, but read up on it and decide for yourself it it's worth it.

Hope this helps.

DIVISION- aside from subjective reports have you come across any info about Gh being good to strengthen ligaments and tendons? I ask because that why im considering it. If you have a reportplease PM me!

THANKS!

any chance you can switch the winny for var?

Well, even with the pain, I am not sure I would. The stuff is working really well as a hardener.

But any var would be 3 weeks away, so it isn't really an option.

Whoa! Is this realy that serious? Won't it go away when I stop? I am really not interested in taking GH. If these sides are permanent, I would rather just stop now and switch back to my good old Dbol.
