Awesome man, I'll give it a shot. My calves are jacked to the teeth and my skin stretched super tight around them but they just wont seem to get any bigger! Its actually starts to look funny sometimes because my thighs get bigger from workouts and my claves dont, hopefully this will help.
I dont know that I would do this with every muscle, man...........
the calves are very unique in their build as far a slow/fast twitchers go and your other muscle groups will respond differently to this same technique.
For bigger muscle groups, I would rather do a different "burnout" designed specifically for each group and your body.
As always though, coming from a POWER perspective, not a bodybuilding one.
