Awesome man, I'll give it a shot. My calves are jacked to the teeth and my skin stretched super tight around them but they just wont seem to get any bigger! Its actually starts to look funny sometimes because my thighs get bigger from workouts and my claves dont, hopefully this will help.

I remember reading about this workout a while back and I started doing it.. been doing it ever since cause my calves responded very well to it !

I dont know that I would do this with every muscle, man...........

the calves are very unique in their build as far a slow/fast twitchers go and your other muscle groups will respond differently to this same technique.

For bigger muscle groups, I would rather do a different "burnout" designed specifically for each group and your body.

As always though, coming from a POWER perspective, not a bodybuilding one.

Maybe you should consider a new program by now? You've gotten all you're going to get out of this one.

I rotated it with other exercises. Always switch my routine every few months.
