Whenever I date someone and they give details like that about their ex, I always am wondering in the back of my mind what they will tell future guys about me if/when (so far, it's been "when") we break up.

If I'm looking at spending some time with a girl and the possibility of a relationship, than her personality matters a lot to me. Flaws like that also tend to go hand-in-hand with a lot of other things that I find undesirable in a potential girlfriend. So I guess the anwser is that I, for one, certainly do care.
