Everyone will ahcieve the pinnacle of themselves EVENTUALLY some make take only 2 months some may take up to 6 if say they were say very Endormorphic.

But ALL will eventually Transform .

i train solo. i have never had anyone to "push" me. i do all the "pushing" in my life.

alter? I train solo as well and have plenty of motivation. I'm sure the people who commit to your program will do well, but there are many programs they would do well on. As far as someone reaching their pinnacle in 2 months, unless they're already near their pinnacle we can all agree that is impossible.

btw, mike mentzer would take ppl to their pinnacle in the first year of training! he would accomplish in one year what most could not in 20.

As I said in my original Post:

"You must commit for 2 Months and may stay for up to 6 months"

Some will be able to do it in 2, and those who are Endormorphic or Very Ectomorphic may take up to 6.
