The "older" BB-er

I'm 53 and I have found you dont heal as quick otherwise work outs are the samet. i had to add a day to previous 48 hour recovery. only help seems to be HGH.
 
I have found that TRT has helped my recovery to be more what it was in my 20s. I do a hardgainers 3 day/week workout, I just seem to recover more completely.

Actually, a man's physical peak is around age 40. Stamina drops a little, which effects most sports, but that's when you're at your strongest. The reason it's considered "old" with athletes is because you don't have as many good years left so it's not as good of an investment to hire anyone over 35.

that is true in term of Strength
