i can add a few if you want me too :qt:

I think the CRAZY thing is assumed by most. Didn't feel the need to mention it. Plus, the mood swings, everyone here already knows. I guess it's part of my charm....or something. :mix:

my wife and i finally joined a gym together that is 24 hours. this way we can workout together after she comes home from work. but i still cant do much cardio like i used to due to my ankle. it really sucks because i would run ALL the time before the injury.

I used to have reflux and plantar fasciitis too.

hyperthyroidism, but it's under control and headed towards remission.

So far everything everyone's posted is either controllable or curable.

I have both fairly regulated. I have to stretch more. that's a problem.

buy some really good inserts...and wear them often. Are you on your feet a lot or something?

I used prilosec OTC for about a year I think to get my reflux under control. Now I mind what I eat and all is well. I get an occasional flare up depending on what I've eaten (and other factors) but 99% of the time it's no worries.

Chronic migraines (now subdued by meds)
Gluten intolerance (celiac)
Insomniac

Got soem and bought the Some new New Balance shoes that are supposedly great for flat feet on concrete all day. Even read a lot of reviews on them. I tell ya what. They fuckin suck. $130 for shoes? I haven't spent that on sneakers since 9th grade on a pair of Jordans.

There is a place down the road that does a custom type insert that are gauranteed for life for about $700. By the time I'm done I should have just gone that route.

Anxiety at times (untreated)
Allergies (treated)
Restless leg (untreated)

there's a few others here with it.
sorta. I'm pretty good about eating only tasteless, joyless gluten-free foods. I'll soon have my paycheck directly deposited at Whole Foods. :p

i have a bit of anxiety too. Just got a scrip for xanax. :)

Shit I can't get my doctor to give me xanax. I have tried two times because usually I can calm myself, but sometimes when I am real stressed I get it pretty bad and it takes awhile. Anyway, I wanted it just for those times only not on a daily basis and he said no because they are too addicting. However, he did want to give me anti depressants even though I am not depressed!! So I said fine I took it for one day and got off. That shit is not cool at all!

that sucks. I did tell my doc that I get anxious sometimes. Like, very mild anxiety attacks. I know what sets them off, but I can't get myself relaxed very easily. he made sure I'm not getting addicted- I take it once or twice a week.

Yeah I think if I want to get some I need to just find another doctor. He sucks!

too much time spent hunched over a computer. get up and take frequent breaks. try to relax when you're on the computer.

U need to find a new doc. Just because ur problem isn't severe, ur doc should be considering quality of life. Xanax and other meds of the same group aren't really what the junkies are looking for.

sleep apnea

Let's see, from head to toe:

  • a triple crown with cowlicks all over
  • eyeglasses
  • terrible back acne
  • my penis swells on one side after sex
  • cherry angiomas on my scrotum
  • ingrown toe nails on both my big toes. Had them removed, but the ingrown portion deformed my toes
  • ear wax trouble... sometimes the wax just falls out on it's own
  • irritable bowel syndrome
Can anyone beat that?

wearing glasses is pretty rough

seasonal allergies (moderate to severe),
my knees are bone-on-bone and my hips aren't far behind,
since tax season ended i've been absolutely exhausted. . .like i friggin' fall asleep at my desk every day around 2:30,
hmmm, actually, i s'pose that's about it. . .guess i'm pretty lucky :)

keratoconus, therfore glasses that really don't do anything, I can't drive and am photophobic
Deviated septum twice operated.... unsuccesfully
Had to get tonsillectomy
Boobs aren't as big as I'd like them to be... is that technically an ailment? :p

Not too bad, actually. The back is alright, still need to work on it. Shoulder is still fucked up, albeit better post-surgery. Need to strengthen it and around it.

Right now the big issue is my knee. Random pain for months.

I have had severe GERD since I was a kid, will have to take proton pump inhibitors for the rest of my life. As long as I take those bad boys I am good to go. Bad news is that I've read articles that now studies are suggesting that people on long term PPI therapy sem to have bone density issues. They aren't quite sure why but are guessing that the PPI's may interfere with mineral absorption.

I have osteopenia. As long as I take proper dietary supplements I should be ok. :) My bloodwork will reveal if this is the case or not in the short term, something that I am VERY astutely aware of for obvious reasons.

My Old Grump used to have high blood pressure since he was in his mid 20's, developed high cholesterol. RECENTLY HE LOWERED BOTH SUCCESSFULLY AND NO LONGER HAS TO TAKE MEDICATION! :D :D :D

lactose intolerant

Some high blood pressure but almost fixed that one

Some nervous issues since I was born

Other than that, thank God I consider myself lucky so far.

Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction :worried: hurts and usually "cracks" when I chew....

We will need a picture to assess that for you.

if i were to post in this thread about a month ago, i would found something wrong with me to list here but now I can't think of any. I'm feeling perfect both mind and body.

high blood pressure

The blood pressure is being treated with meds.

Been having plantar fascia issues in one foot for the past few months, treated with anti-inflammatory NSAIDS, orthotics, and a night brace. It's mostly better, but I'm still aware that it's not as good as the other foot. The night brace doesn't seem to do diddly squat for me, apart from providing enough distraction to keep me from falling asleep. I feel like I could re-injure it at any point.

Reflux/throat/soft palate issues are a side effect of one of my blood pressure meds.

chronic pain from sciatic nerve issues(compressed discs)

stress and constant anxiety, which in turn makes the back pain worsen.

Bipolar disorder
insomnia
substance abuse (recovering addict)
Secondary hypogonadism
hypothyroidism
tendonitis (elbow and knees)
borderline high blood pressure

I think thats it

Asthmatic (only flares up bad when I get a lung infection)
Allergies (allergy shots really helped when I was younger but I get bad headaches during allergy season).
Chronic Athlete's Foot
Lactose Intolerant
Bipolar Disorder I
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
Insomnia

Yes, you too Pick3.

Impingement in left shoulder
Knees hurt most of the time
Slightly elevated cholesterol/triglycerides
Sleep apnea? (just had a sleep study done last week)

First off I hope everyone starts feeling better and gets their issues resolved!

Now on to the important stuff, about ME...

I was in bed for 2 days, totally in bed and not moving. It started out Sat at 6:30 AM I woke up out of no where and had to vomit (odd as I have been feeling fine). After that I was a mess. My throat hurt, my body hurt so bad that every time I rolled over I cried in pain (literally). I could not move, could not eat. Lost almost 6 fucking lbs! I could not sleep, nothing. Got to the point that my throat had become so swollen that I had mucous stuck there that I could neither swallow nor get up to spit out. By sunday night my whole neck was immobile, I could not turn and the stiffness was roaming down my right shoulder blade area.

So monday I went to the Dr as I had a PE scheduled anyways and figured the ER would have been a royal nightmare. The diagnosis is ear infection in both ears, and severe strep throat. The Dr (who is old woman) said "My god in all the years of me being a physician you win the award for the worst case of strep I have ever seen" and this was before my rapid testing. She obviously knew just by looks alone, it was pretty nasty in there. So pen VK, prednisone, and vics for me.

up and out of bed today and have not taken any naps today, YAH me. Still feel like shit, still not eating real food. Stuck on yogurt and carnation instant breakfast. The pain in my ear is enough for me to want to stab myself with a steak knife..but at least I am feeling better!

my shoulders have been aching like a bastard for about a week now. . .my son got some kinda bug and threw up for 2 days. . .i think it has invaded my body now, and i'm aching like hell. . .dang. . .

You probably just have bad gas Pick.
