My physique is about average though, especially for California. I am 6'2" 190lbs or so now, used to be bigger, but I've had a really tough time at the gym the past year. My lifts are WAY down. Last workout, I did 3 sets of 10 at 155lbs!!!! I used to bust out the same at 225lbs.

The upside is that my cardio is good. Helps with snowboarding and volleyball.

This is awesome for us. It's an extra $1500 that we could really use. Considering that I only made $10,000 last year because I was in school, we can use all the help we can get right now.

The problem that I see in this plan is that the people that I have talked to are not going to be spending this on retail items that would ultimately stimulate the economy. They are using it to pay bills. Considering that it's not that much money, it's not like this would enable anyone to go out and spend any extra money that they might have after using this money on bills.
