***The Official Dumbbell Exercise Thread***

1.Post your favorite and most effective dumbbell exercises here for all parts of your body.

2. Post the amount of reps and sets for each one.

Here is my list:

Concentration Curls
Hammer Curls
Bicep Curls
Tricep Extention
Kick Backs
Weighted Leg Lifts
Wrist Curls


I do 2 sets of 10 reps a day.

I will add more if I find more!

What's a troll?

I prefer BB's (squats/BP/DL) but here's my DB list which supplements during my push/pull splits...

Standing side lateral raises....3x25x10 supersetted with BB.
Incline press 3x60x10.
Incline alternate curls 3x35x10.
(Dare I say) Strict Dumbell Kickbacks 2x17x10.
Arnold Press 2x55x6 supersetted with BB.
 
Someone else already posted a decent response to your thread. You made about 5 threads on this board asking the same thing.

Why don't you take what you've been told, do a little research, and CHILL with your one dumbell posts.
 
my favorite is the "throwup curl" and "throwup shoulder press"

its a great exersise. what you do is, you dont grip the dumbell, but you do a curl with about 20% of your max and do it as fast as u can and let go at the top so it goes in the air. the higher it goes, the better your gains.

the shoulder press is a little different. with this you use 90% of your max, and you shoulder press over your head, and then let go!

dont forget the infamous iron dumbells. but we dont want to do anything, ya know, physical.
