Right. And some people get happyness from crushing-up a few Oxycontins and stuffing them up their nose. Others get it from injecting a little heroin in their veins.

I think we should make a distinction between bliss and happiness in this thread. Happiness is a more permanent frame of mind, where bliss is a pleasant, mindless state Painkillers are bliss. Some people use recreational drugs to achieve a state of bliss and the mindlessness that comes with it. Happiness is more durable than bliss.
