Natural Sterol Complex....that was the first supplement (well then I called them all "vitamins") that I ever bought. I remember it like it was yesterday.....I walked out of that Vitamin World thinking that in a few short weeks I would be a beast!! I wasted a lot of cash on andro too....I can't help but look back at all of that and just kick myself. If only I would have spent that money on something useful like MRP's or beef.
