Fish m8y as in raw taco {|} Checkout the label on a fresh pouch of water packed Tuna from John West, Dophin free hopefully =)

Believe it or not, studies have shown that a diet in strictly high protein will actually decrease testosterone levels!!! The body will become more anabolic if you intake high amounts of protein WITH good fats like peanuts, olive oil, etc and will produce more testosterone!! Then intaking the carbs for energy. I don't think that there is ONE type of food that is more anabolic. Red meat does pack some pounds on though.

support it.......dont just say it, support.

Red Meat. The amount of protein and fats will increase your test production naturally.

Every summer I have an "annual steakout" with the guys and I usually eat 3lbs of steak and a few hours later I fully pumped up and feel like king kong...its great!

Red meat does contain creatine but the amounts are very small. I wouldn't consider meat as a source of creatine anywhere near on par with 1 scoop of creatine powder. Maybe a whole cow contains that much creatine but certainly not individual cuts.

10 lbs of raw red meat has 5g's of creatine. Anyone you know going to eat that everyday? LOL

Thanx

EGGS!!!! They have everything to sustain life of an animal. Their PER rating is amazing. Eggs should not be left out!!! followed distantly by steak. I love red meat, don't get me wrong, but just gram to gram comparisons, eggs win!!!

pizza only cycle for just 3wks = 20-30 lbs solid mass, and no PCT needed to keep gains! For even better results stack 1000 cc of mountain dew ed to maximally saturate FA(fat-ass) receptors.

400g of steak is what I eat every day for supper
:)

Meat is cheap here in Brazil

Filet mignon btw :)

PS: as previously mentioned, a balance is ideal: i have cottage cheese, poultry, filet mignon and milk, everyday, 7days a week, 365 days a year

Balance is definitely the gig. Poultry, fish and shellfish and red meats. Toss in some serious legumerie like lentils and soy beans and you are one well rounded anabolicious mofo.

Red meat. All are good protein sources, however red meat contains by far the most creatine. Numerous studies have shown more muscle is built with creatine supplementation. Red meat also typically contains more calories.

Red meat; but honestly, it's not the healthiest in terms of cholesterol.

I make great gains when eating red meat, I eat fillet mignon about twice a week, lean hamburger at least twice ew, I always feel and look a little fuller after eating red meat, Maybe its mental , I don't know.

Just read the last page so it may have been mentioned. (I may have even posted) Anyway, it's whole eggs. Gram per gram.

Kangaroo (Australian game) is the best - similar nutritional profile to beef, except less than 2%, lower in cholestoral than chicken or poultry, the highest natural source of CLA, and more predomanintly unsaturated fat

I love bein Aussie, But around where I live Kangaroo is quite expensive compareed to beef. At Coles and Woolies anyways.
Spose my old man could just shoot a few with his 275 and I could do the pleasures of gutting them etc.

Deathdroprob, Anabolic means "anti-catabolic." Consecutively, an anabolic meal is something that enables muscle building and hinders catabolic reactions (those that actually burn muscle) in the body.

With reference to the subject of the thread, the most anabolic of foods mentioned is RED MEAT, since it is an excellent source of creatine, which is a highly anabolic supplement.

Although I love pizza..it is my fav. cheat food....1 large pizza = roughly 20,000mg of sodium..fun stuff..= stay puft the marshmellow man..hehe

jake lamotta eat steak all the time. and watch raging bull or look at him. dude was massive a had the highest tests level ever. watch "raging bull" red meat wins.

Well this has been working well for me lately. I can honestly say im getting improved results because this is the only thing I have changed in the last couple weeks.
You will need: 1 lb chicken breast, 1 lb canned tuna, 6 eggs, celery, and a little creole seasoning.

Grill the chicken until its fairly dry. Cut it up and toss it in a blender. Grind it down until its just shredded particles.
Add the chicken and tuna to a large mixing bowl. Chop up a few celery sticks and toss those in there too. Hard boil the eggs and chop them finely, add to the mix.
Add enough Light Mayo to get everything moist and sandwich-ready. Season with black pepper and creole seasoning, mix and mix.

Eat a few thick sandwiches of this stuff a day, it tastes great and is a megadose of quality protein and aminos.

Shit, Chicken is loaded with muscle building potential. Just add a touch of beaver to this at 9:30 every night and you will grow.

After a week of adding 8 cups of whole milk to my food intake, I would say whole milk. I don't think I will ever go back to skim

in this order

1. beef
2. bison
3. milk
4. eggs
5. chicken
6. thats it save the fish for cutting and fuck turkey

Would have thought either whole milk or whole eggs myself (particularly if you think what the purpose of the latter is for) though voted red meat. Perhaps also "organ meat".

red meat, but if you could only eat one then it would be pizza as it has carbs, protein and fat, where as red meat is only really protein and fat.

fucking love pizza.. I think if I have the money some day I'm going to eat like 1/2 or a whole pizza every day when bulking along with my 300-400g protein..

Red meat. I also like beef liver. I marinate it with salt and pepper..grill it, and when it's done, squeeze some lemon over it and add a bit of soy sauce. Tastes good. Now I'm craving for it :(
