I've read all your replys and i will do as you say. Your knowledge far exceeds mine. Im 18 and am a senior in high school. I have lifed weights on and off but always get demoralized by how long it would always take to gain muscle. Some of my friends took roids and shot up quick and in the past i always refused to take them because of the missconceptions. The more i researched the more i realized how i was wrong about them. So, i took them and to me they have worked great.

Question- should i really only work out each muscle group once every five days?
 
depends on your workout. It is still possible to overtrain on gear - make sure you are getting enough rest. that's when the muscles grow.
 
you can work out harder on gear but still need time for muscles to rebuild. i would say at least some kind of 3 day rotation that fits your schedule.Chest/Tries, Back/Bis , Shoulders/Legs the abs every other day This is something to what i will switch to once i start my gear.

To be honest, no. Did not know you needed to get on anti-estrogens and clomid. When i took the roids (d-bol) i dint overdose. my balls have dropped and i am horny again so i think i am ok. the onl thing i hae is joint pain.
 
the only way to be sure if you are ok is to get blood work.
how much did you gain and keep after you finished?
