And yes NO DOUBT 100ius a day ATLEAST they take…my buddy is 23, 6 foot 2 310lbs he got up to in offseason and very lean for that weight.. he used to take 22iu of slin b4 his workout and drink 1-2 ultra fuels during the workout and I think he did 1-2 more 22iu shots throughout the day.. and he is not a pro..so I can imagine what those pathetic goof balls do.
