wow. i can't say i've ever experienced anything that dramatic with insulin. i've gone up to 14 units per day. i'm scared to use it again because last time after i came off it i tore my tricep. i think this may have been from using creatine along with it.
 
i agree...i wish i could get results from insulin like that...but then again i have got great results of test, tren, dbol, etc.

well, there are many mr olympia competitors that are insulin dependent now because of the way you are taking it. I talked with one tonight matter of fact and he said he so wishes he had never taken it after each workout, it made him diabetic, the proper way to take it is twice a week, 10iu's 3 times a day, that is usually on there "days off". That is the way most of the olympia people are taking it now, that is the ones that arn't dependent on it already and HAVE to take it daily to live. Just a little bit of information from a "chick that probably doesn't know much". Be safe.

sorry but bullshit, was he taking log, cycling? 3 times a day? what are you talking about,

the proper was is 10-14ius 5 days on 2 days off cycled for 3to 4 weeks then a month off...

Listen, I'm just trying to help ya out from having to take a few shots everyday for the rest of your life, hear me now, believe me later, you keep that schedule up, you will be insulin dependent. Is there really a "proper" way to take it, I'm just telling you what they are doing now to lower there chances of becoming dependent. That is the 6:00,12:00,6:00 schedule of 10iu's at each one of those time, twice a week, usually comes out to a Sunday/Wednesday ordeal. Most take Hum-r, since they can get it a lot cheaper than humalog, Your HighIntensity might be lowered a little when you have to take a shot of insulin to be able to drive your car or be able to walk out of your house, do what you must do, you sound young and invincable and it won't happen to you of course. All I'm saying is be safe. rant/rave/masterbate do whatever you must to make yourself feel better, but do me a favor and just THINK ABOUT IT. I'm done and best wishes to you :)
 
AAS are one step, insulin the next

Been at this a long time an the only new drug in the overall regime to make a maked difference has been insulin. Insulin takes a lot more careful planning and timing for maximizing its effectiveness. Ive slined for 2 years now and am still learning the
ways to combine it properly with diet and training. In regard to dependancy, there may be some truth to it but not conclusive. Prolonged AAS use is known to decrease insulin sensativity along with heavy GH use so there would be an increased insulin demand by vet BB's. Ive cycled for 12 years and the gains have not been anymore impressive until I began insulin. BTW, there has been no dependancy issues with me. Off or on the only difference is the amount of weight gain. Just that I feel that whatever i consume is maximized by the slin. I have a hard time consuming enough cals during the day having my own business so slin has helped me maintain and even gain on the less than adequate diet i often follow.

Second, isnt it true that IF you are to become dependent, 99% of people will only do so after sustained use.

What Im saying is that most people who use insulin at a "recreational level" (excuse the terminology) will be totally safe when it is done right?

Thanks about the abs :) Most of it really comes down to, if you have family members that have become diabetic on there own, then an individual is a dumbass to play with it. Genetics plays a large role in it as it does most everything. But taking insulin 5 days in a row was found to be making the top of the top bb's insulin dependent. Nothing is totally safe, and even the 10iu's should be worked up to the first few times you do it, to learn your body, go from 2iu's to 5iu's to 7iu's and finally 10iu's. Thats just the "current proper way to do it" give it a few years and people will probably change that way of doing it also. But no, not totally safe, such as American Indians have a much higher chance of becoming diabetic. If it were me, and I had a large amount of American Indian in me, I wouldn't take it to begin with because the odds of insulin are way against that person. Insulin IS the main reason for the increase in the size of the bb'ers today, it's just that now some are paying a real high price for it, many of them are, there are just safer ways of doing it. Okay, now, I am really done with this ;) :) :)
