I've used tren a lot for both long and short cycles. My experience tells me that using high dosages for short cycles is the most effective. My gains usually end around week 3. After week three I end up cutting up a little bu nothing extremely noticable. So what I do is use heavy doses for those 3 weeks, rest a month and start again. The gains come back. I use 137mg (or so) each day. I've advocated this kind of cycle with friends and it works well for them to. The long cycle, low dose approach yields less gains and I believe it to be more dangerous.
