the president of the company I work for puts up a bowl pool a week before they start. All 28 bowls, $10. You pick the winner of each bowl and give each game a number from 1-28 without repeating numbers. At the end whoever has the most points wins.

I had made a thread a couple weeks ago proposing something similar and only got about three people on the thread. That was a straight pickem event tho like this and each wagering ten grand in K. Winner take all.

and west virginia and north carolina were played by both
louisville scored 113

no they never do, but they have a pretty good success rate in the jan games as compared to the dec games where dogs seem to cover quite often

yeah the lower tier bowls often have matchups in which one team is considerably more motivated(e.g. Utah destroys GA Tech)

that's me.

I picked Iowa because their coach was the head at UMAINE..when our two starting linebackers were Lofa Tatupu and Stephen Cooper (#54 San Diego). Give him three weeks to plan and a healthy team and it's lights out. I think they have everyone back who was injured earlier.

N.D. with 4 weeks to plan..I'll try it.

I didn't really have an opinion here. I went with Iowa out of Big10 respect. Obviously though I have quite the incentive to be a hawkeye fan this morning.

bigmann really needs to get over there and settle all that action. there are a few peeps with low karma inventories who need to collect so they go another round. myself I still have over 100000 in winnings to get back and the original wager. looks like I'm gonna need it to pay off the florida faithful

He was in late last night monitoring the threads in the bookie forum, he could have settled then. Not sure why he didn't. I still have over 100K in bets ands winnings to be returned to me. He settled the Skins game so I got back the winnings there.

VT 35, Louisville 24. Sorearms, DT, and Cynical Simian are still without a loss, but it looks like Wisconsin is gonna bite thier asses.
 
Wodin is now tied for the lead with those three, only person to pick Wisconsin. And Hammy, Hung is 0-4, so far so you aren't the worst :)

I was passing out K hits in the WV/GA thread. what a mess.every other poster was below 2000 in K. rough day yesterday. I would have lost big too as a better. had a good day as a book instead.

It's good to see the bowl games weren't as predictable as previous years. This last week was a lot of fun, and there hasn't been much excitement in the BCS lately.

Haha, I just spend most of my time in the training forum. I discovered the fun of bookie forum gambling a couple weeks ago but didn't post much and placed very small bets (and then no bets after putting too much K on a Patriots team with no incentive to play its starters).
