The " I am having trouble finding info thread"

So every once in a blue moon we get a mole from another board or a complaint from a member. They say things like I can't find info, this site has gone down hill, its hard because of to many adds and blah blah fucking blah.


Let me make it nice and clear for every one. Thats all bullshit. You can get any and all info you need on this site. ( times out of 10 there is a smart helping bro to give you a answer to your thread with in seconds. Also if you are plat you can find the info no problems at all.


This aas site has more mods,elitemods,elite mentors,cotb's, and good bro's just waiting to help you then any other site on the net. Other site wish they had as active mods on the aas as we do. In fact I have heard them say this right out of there own mouths.



But just to prove it to any and every one once and for all. I have made this thread. If you can't find the info you need, if you have a quistion that is not getting answered, if there is a add or something hindering you from getting what you need with in record time, or for any reason your little heart desires.


Post it up in this thread. I will personally tend to it myself. I will ether answer it myself, find some one who can or will,or I will give you a huge list of threads
on the subject using the search.


There. So now I will never see another thread complaining about these subjects ever again, and this thread should just get flooded right? Ha ha prob not since people are getting the info they need.

We have a great family here. We all help. Lets never act like this is not so.

Ok, time for a serious q lol.

Whats your opinion on someone running 16 weeks then 16 weeks of then 16 weeks on instead of someone going 8 months on(cruise for 1-2 months of those), 4-8 months off?

Is teste recovery impossible on this? what about guys running year round for comp, after 2-3 years can you recover(if you want children one day). Dont know if any threads discuss this in detail.\

Its worded weird but its like this. cruising should be left up to people that want to stay on for life. The longer ou stay on the harder it gets to come back. With time an one can come back or not. Some people can do a 10 week cycle and be fucked for years after. I think its ether do your time on then time off or just stay on for life if you ask me.

Bro you can get a chick prago well on cycle. So yes even after being on for years you can still know a chick up. I chock this up to if god wants to make life nothing is going to stop it.

Needto, Im currently 5'9" , 175lbs and pretty lean. 6 pack. Im benching 225 x 8, squating 315 x 1(i know, im workin on the legs), preacher curl 85lbs x 5.

I was 189 before i went into bootcamp, and i know i started losing weight as soon as i got there. Then after 4 weeks in there i went straight to jail. Thats where i got pneumonia. Then after a week in jail i stayed at home for another week sick as hell (103.7 fever).

Now i weigh 175. Im going to do a cycle after i get out of jail (Jan 09). But i know im gonna lose weight while im in jail as well. I want to get to 185-190 before i take my cycle so i have a solid foundation.

My diet is not a problem, nor is my training (i did football all 4 years of football, i know how to train hard and with intesity.) Heres my diet

Breakfast: 3 eggs
2 cups milk
4 slices bacon
2 pieces bread
fruit

Pre W/O: Gatorade

During W/O: Gatorade

Post W/O: Shake
3 cups milk
R-ALA
Creatine

20 Min later: 20g whey isolate
1 cup milk

Lunch: 2 cans tuna (oil)
3 tbsp mayo
2 cups milk
2 pieces bread
1 yoplait yogurt
1 piece bologna OR 10 trader joe chips (tortilla chips identity crisis)

Dinner: 2 pieces bread
3 tbsp almond butter (with salt)
3 tbsp jelly
1 glass juice
4 cups chopped broccoli

Snack: Busseto Italian dry salami (1 oz = 100 calories)
1 glass juice
half cup almonds

Before bed: Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide 1 scoop
2 cups milk
5 tbs flax seed


It is 5,405 calories. Im gonna be doing a test/dbol/deca cycle.

My biceps, chest and abs are my best part of my body. My shoulders, TRAPS, and lats are my WORST. My legs are mediocre.

Whats the best way to get to 185-190 naturally??? Would i get there faster by focusing on my lats/traps/shoulders so they get bigger faster (kind of like when u first worked out, you got big fast, its like my traps and shoulders are virgins to working out because i never used to really work them out.) Or should i just work out overall and eat my diet and thatll be enough? or should i add some supps?


One more question, if u add a supp to increase mass or weight or strength(OTC supp but not a prohormone) does that count as ur natty weight? Will u be able to keep the weight u get from a supp after u stop takin the supp but still eat good and a lot and train hard?

Agreed. It is just a lower dose. It's one or the other on or off.
 
After reading about how great ppl love tren is it not a good idea to use it in a second cycle?

If not why?

I ask because I ran Test Prop 100mg EOD and have gained 30lbs in 8 weeks!! Albeit maybe only 7-8lbs of fat.

I suppose its since my body is only used to my low test levels (they have been in the 100-200's for years) and finally getting on TRT just before this test p cycle. I responded very well at the low dose.

Would it be ok to run tren as a second cycle at a low dose with some test? I keep reading how great it is and would love to try a cycle of it.

yes bro. You can start off with a light tren dose. 37.5mg ed. As its your first time with it keep letro and dos on hand before you start.

yeah, run the tren. Its fine. 30 pounds - 8 weeks? much bloat? your 6'3 230? and only done 1 cycle? you have great genetics if this is the case.

Nobody cares how much weight you do on the precher curl bro.

Learn to do the real lifts first, then consider juice after.

I haven't had much. I hit the adex maybe once a week to keep bloat at bay. Any more and my joints are screaming!!

I am actually 6'3" 260lbs now after my first cycle. I'll start cutting and plan to lose around 15lbs of fat.

My genetics are pretty decent I suppose. I have always been a big guy.

That pic of me in the avatar is about 3 weeks into the cycle.

hi needto, I'm having a hard time deciding whether to run 25 or 50mg oral winstrol for 6 weeks during an upcoming cycle. I'd like to stick with the lowest dose which will combat tren sides at 75mg daily. I've also got cabaser for the same reason.
 
I've also got prop and dbol in the wings, but dont really want to look like a bloated pig.

Additionally nolva, clomid, adex are also waiting and some thyroxine. I'm scared of thyroid hormone and dont want to mix in clambutter oil if I'm going to be hiking at 14000ft and riding a bike through the mountains.

I'd never dream of mixing all those compounds in one cycle, just not sure how to run which and when.

I have never don any lower then 50mg ed bro. I am sure 30-40mg ed will work just fine.
 
Do you prefer to cut while on, or while off?

I bought a (pussy) cycle of cyclo tren and pheravol from our sponsor, JAM, but I'm debating if I should cut now, or when on that cycle. What's better you think? One side of me things i should grow as much as possible while on something, while one part thinks the cycle will help me keep muscle while shedding off fat with a calorie deficit.

I've been bulking for the past two months and my gut has grown since, but I never stopped eating bc I kept breaking PR's at the gym.

I think if you have a real clean diet you can grow just fine well still cutting fat.
