The gym opens at 8am....

No it was closed at for new yrs.. doesn't open til 8am..Im itching to go

I have a 3 day cycle and force myself to take sundays off..

Day 1 arms, back and shoulders
Day 2 legs - hams quads, leg press, squats, calves. etc
Day 3 Cardio only

and repeat

I like to have time to get a good work out in before work.. Also at am there aren't alot of ppl there which allows me to use every machine i want to use.. when i want to use it

Hmmm well tryin to figure it out why i don't sleep but even docs are stumped :P
 
Maybe you need more bedroom activity before sleep! I think this would allow you to get more that 4 hours. Just an idea!

Can't remember my med classes now. I forgot stage 1/2. But, no REM sleep?

Where is chest?

You want to add muscle, right? You'd be better off splitting the body parts up instead of upper body / lower body. You'll be able to lift heavier and harder.

I'd change to a lifting all 3 days, and do 10-15 min cardio as the warm up. No cardio only days.

Day 1 - Chest / Shoulders / Tri

Day 2 - Back / Bi

Day 3 - Legs


Oh, and just to rub it in, my gym was open all through the holidays. It is a 24 hour gym, open 365 days a year. :)
 
Even if she doesn't want to do chest (although I have no idea what the reason for that would be), she should still split up the body parts more. I mean, at the very least do some fricken pushups.

I still stand by my suggestion if chest is eliminated.
 
Growth Hormone is produced during REM phase.....

Nothing. It all depends on your goals. I never said fullbody workouts don't work.

Someone trying to gain muscle would be better off splitting the workout so they can put forth 110% effort for EVERY SINGLE lift. I am NOT saying someone who does fullbody workouts doesn't put in 110% effort.

IMO, someone who has trouble gaining muscle needs to split their workouts so they can be fresh for every body part.

Obviously, this depends on the individual.

I have had the same thing for the last 3 weeks. By the time I go to sleep, usually 10-11 my eyes get the burning feeling but I end up just lying in bed for about 40 minutes before I finally go to sleep. Then I'm up at 4 oclock. Force myself back to sleep around 5, just to wake up at 6 for work. I am completely alert but my eyes just feel wierd all day.

Right now they are beginning to get that wierd feeling. Now if I fall asleep now for even as little as one hour I will be up till about 3 before I can fall asleep.

Even the green death, NyQuil, can't put me out for more than a few hours tops.
 
Oops i knew i forgot to write something down.. i do do chest..And END my chest is small.. i never claimed to have melons. U reduce your body fat, you reduce your boobs

I do push up every day.. along with butt lifts.. i do not perform these at the gym.

If you look in my gallery you can see i work out my body decently..

I didnt realize that in my quest for a really great ass.. i mite lose my boobs (formally 36c's :P)

Over all I'm happier about ym body so of course.. And if the guy i spend my life with has issues with ma boobs.. hec an buy me new ones.. :verygood: j/k

Hmm it's not that i'm not proud of them.. theres just not much to speak of .. It suits the rest of me.. but just as i woulnd't see the point of putting my ass up if it was covered in cellulite, i don't see the point in posting pics of my breasts which are just there.. filling space.. killing time.. :qt:
