im jealous of you guys that can take down that much food, i had to take my eggs down from 4 to 3 because 4 was too much at one time with milk and sausage....i used to be able to eat like a horse when i was at my parents cuz they always cooked!
Im doin bench today, gonna try either for 315x5 or 325xF. Also got weighted dips, bb incline, and cable flyes and ill hit Tri's too.

**** Another solid workout. I guess im gonna start putting PR again even though its not an ALL TIME PR. Stoked about the bench! Happy about every lift today actually, I need to start eating more if i wanna get up to 210 which is my goal.
Also did my 5th test e injection on friday, so technically I am on day 32. Ive been doing 500mg but im going to up it to 750 because i can no longer add deca to my arsenal since it stays in system and i get tested if i go to D2 for football.
