The Forgotten PCT. Stage TWO!

Everyone knows they need PCT and experience tells us that the ways of the past are gone and a more natural approach works best. Makes sense. The whole idea of PCT is to get your body working on its own -- not dependant on a different drug.

The proven winner is HCG, UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE, Adex and Sustain. That works, plain and simple. If you want to ad extra test boosters, it's a "why not" choice.

So let's say your HPTA has recovered nicely. What next?

There are still aspects of maintaining your gais that go beyonf the HPTA. The body likes to stabalize into a weight and into a muscle/fat ratio. A few weeks PC is the time you really have to be conscious of making the environment optimal.

Here are some suggestions:

Extra C and B 12; Nothing fancy, but crucial. Sublinqual B12 is best.

A top brand multi: I recommend DX7. UNLEASHED can also be taken daily to make the most of bioavailable test.

Phosphadydl Serine; Thought to be anti catabolic

BIG BLAST: Super plama protein will solidify muscle tissue and the creatine will maintain size and weight.

OLive oil. Lots of it. For joints, fat burning and LDL levels

VIGOR: Restores the blood volume lost when steroids are stopped.


Lipoflame and ZIP: You don't want fat creeping back. Lipoflame will give outstanding pre-workout energy. ZIP will hype the thyroid to help burn fat all day long.

PP Recovery Stack: A little extra libido boost never hurt anyone.

DEFINITION: Helps rid the body of lingering bloat.

Ginsing, S-ame and Mucana Puriens: Helps with energy, joints and controls prolactin levels.

And don't slack on training! Whatever you lifted while on, you should be able to lift when off. Ask yourself, did you get stronger? Or where you just fooling yourself? Train hard. Use the newly gained muscle or it won't stay around long.

These days there's no need to lose gains or even feel any dip whatsoever after a cycle. Don;t waste it. Keep what you've earned. Go the extra mile, pay the extra couple of bucks and look as good "off" as you did "on." Maybe better.

WRT Phosphadydl Serine - I have this in gel cap form for my PCT. One reason I was thinking of going for the PP Test recovery stack is because it contains a large dose of this expensive supp.

Don't believe in it. It doesn't build muscle. Doesn't release GH. Doesn't improve glucose disposal. Is catabolic. Train in a "pump"style to keep muscles full. Keep rest to a minimum in between sets. Your HR will be plenty high and you'll burn calories. Jogging is a waste of time and energy.

Interesting. So no kind of cardio then???? I am confused i thought that it was good to keep up on cardio when using steroids and especially when not using them. Was i misinformed.

This is just Nelson's opinion. Do what you want.

I think what he is saying is that cardio is unnecessary as long as you're keeping rest periods between sets short, and eating right.

Once again, more great info from Nelson. Solid PCT advice.

I read a story about Vince Gironda throwing a bodybuilder out of his gym because he caught him jogging or riding a bike. Threw his refuded gym dues at him and told him to get out.

Because of you, I have a love / hate relationship with my calve training. I am living proof that cooked calves grow!
