The Feds are all over the boards!

ahh those feds

well im glad to see that they are here watching!!!! i mean why not crack down on a bunch of guys workingout and bettering themselves??? everyone knows that AS are responsible for most of the crime in the US and all over the world....so my hat is off to the US gov. for cracking down on the important issues in todays world, if it wasnt for us they would be forced to go raid crack houses, and heroine dealers, but now that we have methadone clinics and free needle replacement clinics i can see why they would attack a NON NARCOTIC CLASS 3 drug!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!cheeroi

People say that shit all the time.....it's usually a joke. If HULKSTER is serious it's wishfulk thining at best.

I assume this offer is for plat members only.

I was thinking about it and my elite mail addy is different from my handle.

Say a fed tracks down my identity on here....they still won't know my elite addy.

When I email mods or whatever I just say, hey, you know me...yadda yadda yadda.

I don't use it for sources anyway since I don't ever juice or take contraband substances into my body. However I like to pose hypothetical questions a lot and sometimes people answer more quickly or with more info if they think you are actually performing something on your own body.

Wishful thinking? I was made a Mod....at www.musclemorpheus.com And furthermore, I never once asked to be a Mod! Ask nice6pac or BigJay over there---who are that site's administrators---about it. They contacted me by a PM and asked me. That was it.

The feds can subpoena hushmail as easily as they can subpoena a yahoo.com email. This post was all about politics. ;)

Nope, Hush is not an American company and the servers are not in the USA.

Just so you all know.....there is nothing on the internet that can't be tracked, cracked or intercepted..encypted or not...fact is unless you are moving an assload of shit.....and I mean in assload......ya ain't got shit to worry about PERIOD. The feds have other shit to worry about (TRUST ME I KNOW) Peace.:D

Not quite true, the FDA wanted DNP Guru's email and Eric Perrins too. But when they learned it was encrypted, on servers run by a non US company, and outside of the USA, they did not go after it.

Maybe they decided that it wasn't worth it and would cost them more than it was worth it to spend. The feds (or even your isp) can read the outgoing packets from your computer, and even if the hushmail like emails are encrypted they can just "crack" it as java is decompilable (the encryption is right there infront of anyone who needs it). Not trying to be a dick, but there really is no such thing as "untrackable" if they really invest the time and effort in getting what they need.

There is such a thing as safer than regular emails though, which brings me to this ... you misunderstood my post before deleting it. I was actually going to suggest ways to make transactions on ef and emails much safer, it was not an advertisement to anything. You can email me if you like to hear my ideas.

Sorry George good buddy, there are a few things that I am quite sure of.....1. if the "feds" want something they will get it..PERIOD..out of the country servers being the smallest of all obstacles. 2. The "feds" are on the boards. 3. The "feds" on the boards and in the chat rooms....are in fact not concerned with the low hanging fruit that choose to run their business out of internet discussion boards....this aplies to DEA Computer Crime Agents as well. 4. What the "feds" and or DEA do concern themselves with is the discussion of other illegals ie: GHB, MDMA, etc..... to build a case and prosecute on a schedule III drug is task not to often tackled by Federal Agents.

How could the feds go after email servers that are located outside the US? Are you saying that they have international jurisdiction since they're federal agents?? I don't know about that.

They subpoena the ISP of the user, isp's keep intense logs. They get all the emails. Let's say they are encrypted, now all they have to do is decrypt it. Decrypting is easy as java is fully decompilable. You can find numerous softwares that will decompile it for you.

You would be amazed at just how cooperative foreign countries are in regards to U.S. made requests.

I don't know enough about international law to dispute that. I just don't see why they would go to such lenght to bust steriod traffickers and users.
